Sigh…I can’t stay away from politics…

How bad is it that it’s becoming painfully obvious that the UN needs to start overseeing *OUR* elections?

Ms. Nickolaus’ claims human error in finding votes that not only swing the election by a 2:1 margin in the republican direction in a mostly democratic county, but also by enough to miraculously push the vote just outside the 0.5% margin to negate a state-paid recount.

Her claims, quite simply, don’t pass the smell-test.  (Either that or she’s a complete moron, jury still out on that)

Statistically that’s about 3 seperate red flags. In a group of recovered votes you would expect a few things.

1. Votes will almost certainly follow the rest of the election, which has been very close to 50/50, *NOT* 65/35.

2. Amazing how these were found right after the totals were announced. How convenient to have a stash of votes that would change the election ready just in case you actually lost.

3. She’s done it before. In 2005 she was found to have sent out ballots pre-filled out with (of course) the vote being for the republican candidate.

Using your office in an attempting to influence an election (by, for instance, sending out pre-filled-out-ballots) is a crime. Why isn’t she in jail already?  Then again if the US cared katherine harris would have been raped with a broom-handle years ago.

If it looks like fraud and smells like a fraud, it’s name is Nickolaus.
